Things you should keep in mind before installing the texture/resource packs!
A resource pack always needs a definition file called “pack.mcmeta”, which contains the main information of the pack. If this file is missing, the resource pack will not appear on the Minecraft menu selection page.
There are numerous resource packs to be discovered online. However, caution is advised here: Some packages can lead to crashes and error messages. These files can be removed without any problems, but with official or very well-known resource packs like ours, you are always on the safe side.
Now, how to install them?
Select the pack you want and click “download”.
Start Minecraft
Go to the menu and select “Options”.
Find your saved file under the resource packs path (bottom left by default)
Copy the file to the resource pack folder… done!
